I have read that if you have an mmds aerial there are downconverters/powerinserters? connected on the coaxial before it is connected to box-t.....

Say your neighbourhood is cabled and this cabled network is fed by a central mmds mast! You have a junctionbox outside your house! Is there any other equipment (like that mentioned above) needed between this junction box and the box-t???

I'm not 100% if its (true cabled feed or mmds) but with either box-t or box-c I cannot get any channels found. Have tried every ch**us frequency i could find on the forum. It would be handy if the automatic scan could scan all possible frequencies!!!

Connecting the coaxial directly to the tv all i get is the 4 irish channels!

Without knowing your location and exact cable set up, as you even seem confused. Have you turned the key emu on?

I dont get to the stage of having to turn emu on. When I do automatic or manual scan I dont get an channels. I'm using the correct symbol rate 6875 fo ch**us. Im fairly certain the connections are all ok. As I said when I connect the coaxial directly into tv I get the 4 irish stations.

The operator Id for ch**us is in the nagravision menu. API version is 4.50.

Have tried a number of different frequencies on box-c and box-t but no luck! In Westmeath area! We have got a notice in the door few months back saying digital was now available in the area but dont know if its true cable or mmds feed! The estate is cabled....

If you have digital in your area on cable at it Ch**us you should be using a DVB C box. The Box T with 4.50 doesnt sound right have you flashed it?
