Hi all, can anyone give me the set up for the box, i have software loaded but when i scan i only recieving 16 channels, any anyone help?? im in tru cable area
Are you scanning directly from the incoming feed, into the cable in RF socket at the back of the box?
yea im scanning directly from the rf, since i posted this thread ive got 180 channels but the box wont let me open the cas menu by either info 2004 or 1570, it's not a clone and i have ver4.5 software. any advise is always much appricated : )
Is it version 4.50 you have? As this should allow you into the CAS by pressing menu and 1570 on the RC as you have indicated.
I am from Cork also and had exactly the same problem as you are having.I reflashed the box with 450 (for Ireland) and everything is now working ok.If you click on (sv problems guide)at the bottom of scOusers posting it will tell how to do this.
