I bought the matrix and chameleon together. (Package deal chameleon was cheap that way.) I recieved the matrix first because the chameleon was on back order. I installed the matrix and it works fine. I can play all my back ups I didn't have to solder anything and I am having no problems. The chameleon is coming in a day or two now and I was wondering what sort of benefit it would be for me to crack the box againg yank the matrix and install the chameleon?
i wondered about the chameleon myself. as far as i know, it just allows for a 1mb bios instead of the 256k bios that the matrix uses. i'm really not sure what the advantages would be with the 1mb bios, but if you find out, please post it.
