I got a chameleon le s (solderless) modchip and I got it to work, but do i want to do option 7 on Slayers Evox auto installer which is "flash modchip or xbox v1.0-1.5 on board tsop or not. It says it "could kill my xbox" What do I do
Look, i don't have a modded xbox and i could be completely wrong here, but the tsop is where the original xbox bios is stored. Now. You don't have to mod ur xbox with a chip, tho it's a better way to go. You can also flash the tsop which in a v1.0 is a Sharp or Philip's can't remember at the mo. It involves soldering two points blah blah i'm sure u all know it, so i'd say that option 7 ur referring too will detect the chip and flash that with whatever bios revision is on this slayer disk or whatever this disc is u have. Don't take my word for it, i just like hanging out in the xbox forums, LOL. Bailey
