Change frame/preview picture on DVD file

    Thanks for the help with the audio situation. Now I would like some help with this and I will try to explain this the best way I can. You know when you have a video file save on you HDD. Say for instance that it is in Windows Media format. You know when you highlight it you could have a frame from the movie displayed (similar to the different file types; for example windows media, nero, quicktime, etc.). I am burning a movie with nero, but I want to change the frame that is set on the movie. how do I go about doing that? I hope this makes sense.

    The only way to change frame rates is to re-encode the entire file.
