Change Region on DVD drive

    I have A DVD-ROM drive which is set to zone 1 and has no more user changes available, I dont want to use Any DVD but I heard there is a program which can change the region of your drive even though there are no user changes left, which is that program, thank you.

    What brand and model number is your dvd-rom. Some brands can be flashed with hacked firmware
