Changing a shortcut icon to display a jpeg image

I have backup some of my movies to iso's on my computer. I have a shortcut installed on my computer that once I click it the movie begins to play through the virtual drive. My question is can I change the icon the is displayed for my shortcut into a jpeg of the cover art of the dvd. so basicly you would click on the dvd coverart to make the movie play. I am running vista ultimate.
