Is there a way to change an ISO image on my harddrive to a FILE where I get all the video_ts folders? Or would I just have to put the disc back in and save as a FILE instead of ISO?

Just use the write existing data option in Clone it will encode to Vid files and you can save it to your hard drive or burn it.

Thanks for the reply arniebear (to both questions). Although I can't seem to save the files using the "Write Existing Data" option. It will only burn. But I did find a way to access the files of an ISO image. I just open the image in my Daemon Tools virtual drive and then using the "Copy DVD Titles" or "Clone DVD" option I can open the video_ts folder from my virtual drive. Thanks.

If you've already burned it then just rip the burned copy to your hard disk with DVD Decrypter and it'll be in file mode.
