Easy as long as the DVD has an English track encoded on it. You download DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink here at Afterdawn. Load the DVD's files onto the HD with Decrypter, Open the files with Shrink, click Reauthor tab and double-click on the main Title, tick the Compression tab at the top right window, and leave only the English track checked. Click Backup.
BUT, if all this is new to you, spend an enjoyable hour, reading Scubapete's easy Guide for this. It's great!
