changing computers

    I have a jailbroken iphone and a tone of apps. I have searched forums and they all say that i hav to authorise my computer and so on but i dont want to lose any of my jb apps. i have also selected all the song that i want on my iphone 2 times before and it takes a very long time to go through all my music and choose what song i want on my iphone is there any way i can choose just to copy all the song that are currently on my iphone.
