Changing hdd from fat to fat32

    Is it possible to change a hdd from fat to fat32 without losing data it was a fat32 and somehow changed to fat and I don't know how to fix it some one told me to use UBCD but I don't know how to use it can someone help????

    what windows are you using as both win98fe & se has fat32 converter

    using xp was trying to par mag 8 w/o luck it said that it is still fat32 but it is a 27gig hdd and it only reads 10mb as total size
