My computer tells me that I can make one more regional setting change but it does not let me. Why? Can anyone help me please?
I'm not sure why you cannot make the last region change on your DVD drive. But you shouldn't worry so much about that. You have a maximum of five user changes for region code on your drive anyway, and then you are done. Changing region codes on your drive isn't the best way to deal with the region issue. The best way to handle different region discs is to use region free software. That way you can leave your DVD drive alone and let software solve the region problem. Then your drive can read whatever disc you insert, no matter what the region.
