Can anyone please advise if there is a dedicated SVCE for The Box 3 'Super'?

I have tried using both of the SVCE_1.0.3.0 and SVCE_1.0.4.4 Channel Editors for StarView and The Box and it downloads the channel bin file to my PC but when I try to access the bin file to reorder the channels I get an error message stating Access violation at address 00404B44 in module 'SVCE_1.0.3.0.exe'. Read of address E3608718. and the same error message stating Access violation at address 00404B44 in module 'SVCE_1.0.4.4.exe'. Read of address E3608718.

The few channels that are displayed in the SVCE columns have Unicode characters displayed in the channel name boxes as well as normal lettering.

    Can anyone help or advise?

    TIA.
