I won't bore you with hassle I've had just to get to this point.... I have purchased a genuine 'The Box' am on N*L, Teesside... I have managed to finally get the box configured whereby I can watch relevant channels and now it keeps freezing and pixelating on the screen, it stops / starts all the time.... It may or may not be relevant but everytime I tried to set the box up on my TV cable connection it just wouldn't find any channels, in the end I have used my cable modem connection.....(shouldn't make any difference should it?), which does work albeit the channels are freezing.... Any ideas?
Sounds like you have either a weak or too strong a signal. Press the SL button and post what it says and also what firmware are you using?
Firmware 4.51e Signal Strength spans from as low as 71% and as high as 98%.... It was working fine since my last message but as soon as I walked away a no signal message came up and I haven't been able to get anything since???? It seems like one thing after another..... Any ideas?
