channel help!!!

hi guys im from ireland and i dont seem ta have celtic r liverpool tv r they unavailable here?? i also have a problem wit the sci fi channel- it never worked.. jus says scrambled r bad channel? any help would be appreciated..

 

What provider are you with and what b0x have you got ?

chorus is my provider and i have starview 2 the box.

 

Im not sure what freq they are for Chor*s sorry

What area are you in and i might be able to get the freq

 

Try installing 444.000 in manual scan that should get you Liverpool etc.

So am I. 444.000 is the frequincy to get the liverpool channel on chorus

 

does the sci fi channel work for ya.. wat is the siymbol rate

 

Try freq 298.000 you should have got it with the auto scan,try it with manual scan.Did you get Liverpool/celtic channels?

 

Just to let you know the freq for sci fi is 322.000 but the channel is NOT comming in on it.

i c it probably is unavailable so in cork..if anyone else out there is from cork an looks thru this thread and has the sci fi channel let us no the frequency- thanks for the help..

 

You need to delete the one you have, then do a manual scan with 322.000 and it will appear at the end of your channel list.

 

Thanks ScOuser I have tried to do that the name banner comes up but no picture comes through, then it dies to (bad signal).
