Eurovox EX5000 PVR. Whilst watching some signal interference and visual and sound distortion occurs. On the epg guide the channel mode is stated as scrambled. Is this normal? If not, as the case may be, how do I rectify the problem?

Its a problem with your signal and not the box.

yes but there could be interference with your local cable provider.

Norwich city centre. The box isn't split. Not too sure what you mean by subbed but I don't think it is...

so how do you no there isn't a problem in your area,or work going on?try checking your connections on the box and make sure they are fixed securely.

Thats the first thing I did, I am not a complete degenerate. I have even tested with the old box and thats fine. the signal is usually very good here.

well maybe you should have said that that was the first thing you done, and then we could have eliminated that option,85% is perfect so unless someone else has a suggestion i can only assume that again there is work going on.
