channel not available

    hi everyone just wondering if any one can help me have just bought the eurovox maxv and have found all 13 transponders but i cant get any channels and when i go back to the normal telly it says channel not available have tried the update channels button but nothing comes up when it starts searching am very frustrated any help would be great thanks

    Make sure your incoming cable is in the RF Socket at the back of the EV

    the cable is in the rf and i have pluged the other end directly into the ntl box on the wall so there is no splitter

    Strange indeed what is the signal level/quality like on each tp?

    go to menu, config, clear data and then clear channel data. Then do a normal powerscan from 290.000 to 403.000 using symbol rate 6887 N*L
