channel signals

    hi all in the last few days my channel 1 and itv keep goin off and saying scrambled channel i have to keep changing channel to get it back but also channel 3 keeps comin up with channel moved and then goes to scrsmbled any help would be usefull my signal strengh level is only on 49-50% in teesside area
