hi all, lost a couple of channels on the box so did a rescan, got all the channels back but with numbers like channel 27 or tv channel 240 etc. have gone through them and renamed but how to i get them back in the fav section on handset, i ve tried moving them in between existing channels, but when i exit they are still only in the all channels section. any help appreciated.
you need to connect the box to the cable direct, no splitters, reset and rescan and you should be ok, they are moving chans about all the time now,
