    Hi

After numerous scans I can not seem to get my channels on frequency 682.00 (Sky Sports 2, Sky 1, MUTV etc.)to work, they are displaying 'No Signal'.

Anyone have any idea's how I can get these channels back. I have even dumped a friends CDF on to my box, they are working on his but not on mine ?? all other channels are fine.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Cheers

Have you tried a manual scan on that frequency? it's strange that it is working on your friends and not yours, presume you must be in same area, so it can's be a tp issue.

Yeah in the same area. Seems strange that it is just channels on that frequency not working.

I have tried a manual scan but not sure whether I have done it right. I went in to manual scan, ticked the TP (think it was 33) then clicked the blue button but had no joy. Is this right or is there something else I should be doing ?

    Cheers

Yes that is correct, User Installation, highlight the frequency you want to scan, press OK and a tick will appear at the left and blue button to Manual Scan that frequency, what does it say it found, anything at all, it should tell you the channels found.

Sorry for the delay, on other threads.

Well personally I would leave it until tomorrow, and then check and scan again, it does look like a tp (slight frequency drift) issue if it is not bringing in anything. But before you leave it just try an Update All Channels, same place as the Manual, but the RED button, out of curiosity.

PK_2008 If The Manual Scan Of That Frequency Doesn't Find Any Channels, Then Delete The Channels In Question And Then Manually Rescan (Take A Note Of The Frequencies First)...

Also On My St@rview 1 Some Of The Channels, Like Set@nt@, LFC, Have Move To "BICS" Channels In Which Case You May Need To Do A Complete (Full Auto) Scan...(emmanniel) Although On My St@rview 2 (The Box) They Are Named As Normal...

    Set@nt@/LFC Frequency 354750khz
