I have a question or two...I have a Nokia d box...sportster which worked fine until last Monday... now there are only a few channels available as all the rest went blank. Is this something that has happened others? I originally scanned NTL mmds bruteforce and had em all. sky sorts, movies etc... Now I'm left with TV3 Network 2 and one or two others.
Have I done something wrong or have NTL done this?
And probably the most important question...Can this be fixed or do I have to go back to my previous mundane channels?

    Simply reboot the dbox.

Nah , tried that. I have also scanned and rescanned but all I get on those missing channels is the channel information text at the bottom of the screen with a two second message saying "channel not available"

Channel not available means there is a problem with the signal strength if you didn't messed up the settings in the meantime.
Unplug the dbox and check all connection to your cable feed. If the dbox is powered is not a good idea to fiddle with the wires.
