CHANNELS FREEZING

    I Have got some channels always is freezing like sky sport1,2,3.MTV AND many more, CAN I have the proper TP AND FREQUENCY for sky1,2,3 please because i did deep scanner but nothing is coming properly and too much freezing, please help

    transponder and freq different on every provider/country, please state

    Also what box is it?
