Channels gone on starview box.

Hope someone can help me witht this problem as I'm a complete novice at this. I have a starview box and this afternoon most of the channels went off and the screen just keeps saying data is being updated. I'v done a factory reset but no joy.

 

Press the 'menu' button on the remote,enter 1570 make sure 'Key EMU' is ON if it's off turn it to ON,now go to 'Nagra Vision' and press OK make sure the key number 00 codes which can be found in the Key data section just under it match these 5B 74 36 A3 B2 30 CB 46.

 

Thanks for your help this sorted out the problem. I'm having the same problem with a euro vox max box i bought in 2006. The channels are gone blank. Can anyone help me out with this problem
