channels locked

hi

i have just recieved the box from the internet, i have set it up and scanned for the channels but for some reason most of the channels are still locked and i cant view them. anybody know what im doin wrong?

 

go to main menu,system information and what is the api.

 

Its 2.60e

 

you will need to flash it with v4.50 for ireland or v4.51 for uk you cna get them at the link at the bottom of my post
you will also need gtrom loader its at the link in the starview folder and you will need a null modem cable
