channels lost on eurovox

hi guys after all the help yous gave me it was running fine for a few weeks,then it got stuck last night in the code updating for hours,came back on and most hannels said scrambeled,i have factory defaulted it and rescanned twice now on the 2 manchester area frequencys 6.887 and 6.952 which brings nothing up,any ideas have the tp changed

 

forgot to say software is july 14th box is eurovox ex5000 pvr and im in ex nthell area which is now virgin m,manchester area

 

edit software is july the 10th

 

make sure you check all your connections are secure,and make sure there isn't a cable problem in your area.

 

connections are fine mate,how do i make sure theres not a problem in my area
