Channels Missing on Starview

The channels missing from my starview box are: Star Plus and Star Plus News. I'm on v*r*i* m*d*a and even if I do a full automatic scan they won't come up. Is there a frequency for these 2 channels so that I can do a manual scan before wigging out?

 

if the channels are still there & blank, then delete them & do an autoscan. They should turn up at the end of your channel list.

 

I did delete them and did another autoscan but nope, they are not there :-(

 

Try a manual scan on this freq - 363.000

 

no channels found :-(

 

you might need to do a factory reset.
MENU > Factory Setting
Pin 0000
OK to Delete

"Turn The B0x Off At The Back For One Minute, Then Turn Back On"

English > installation
choose provider
Auto Scan
Press OK
channels found
Exit
Press MENU - 1570
Turn EMU on
exit exit exit

 

I did it and apart from losing my channel order which took like 3 hours to sort out in the first place I never got those 2 channels back :-(
