Channels Missing

    I have just connected my Arnet Kryptview box and discovered some channels missing. I live in Harrow and have done factory default, scanning of channels several times but the problem is still not resolved.

    Is this a new box? Did you select the correct ID for your area? What firmware you running?

    It's a new box I got it yesterday. Don't know which is which, but this is the information I gathered. Also it was set up when I got the box.

    you need to select the correct ID for your area, so when you go to the installation menu, you should have a one maybe two area ID's to choose from, select the one for your area.

    The latest software version for the arnet is Kryptview_09012008 for the UK

    Hi there, How do I know the correct ID for my area (Harrow, Middlesex) and if I need to update the latest firmware, how do I go about it?
