channels mixed up

    hi everyone. i have just had my box super updated but all the channels are in all channels section. can anyone tell me how i can put the channels back into their sections like kids/sports/movies etc...thanks

    What version of firmware have you got on the box, Menu - System Information, and post it.

    That's the latest fix for the AU in UK 30/11/08, I haven't got a super at the minute so I'm sorry I can't suggest anything, the channels on the superas you know come as the CC lineup, and without having one here I can't try it out.

    if u factory reset and then scan box all channels are auto sorted into separate listings

    malci..do u know if u can just use the move button etc on menu after sort etc i havent done it incase i fook it up.

    Just try it and don't be worrying you can not do what you said, the firmware will not be harmed in anyway, and besides you can just press exit if you think it is not doing anything for you. The worst that you could end up with is having to do a Factory Re-Set and fresh Installation and that is no bother at all, you honestly cannot do any harm to the box or firmware, so do not be afraid to experiment.
