first you need to know what model you have as there are a few eurovox boxes and they have different firmware.when you know what box it is download the correct firmware,i think the firmware and loader come in the same file(the loader is what puts the firmware on to the box)look for the most recent dates.you also will need leads to connect up the box to the computer,if its an older model computer you may have a seriel port(9 pin)so then you will need a 9 pin null modem lead(you can get them in any maplins)if its a more recent computer then it most likely wont have a seriel port so you will also need a seriel to usb adaptor.this lets you hook up your box by joining the null modem and the usb adaptor together then you put the null modem end in to the box and the usb adaptor end to your computer.open your loader that you downloaded and flash your box.by the way you will need windows xp on your computer as windows vista either does not work well for flashing and in most cases not at all.
