Chaptering in Nero Vision-- Chapter 1 details

I did some practice chaptering an .avi today and learned how to
use the buttons for previewing and selecting new chapters.

But the first chapter has a blank thumbnail!

If I want to start the first chapter at the beginning with
an image, how is the first chapter set up?


From there it seems pretty straightforward on selecting additional
chapters.


I would also like to label these.


Is it just me or does the Alkohol guide skip over all this? All
guides are appreciated but there is so much in Nero that the
guides should have chapters!


Lastly, I'm wondering why the Nero place itself does not host a
decent forum on these subjects. At least I have made a little
progress.
