I would like to know and easy to use programs so that i can add chapters to my mpeg1 VCD. I would like to be able to skip forward and not just have to fast forward.
Hi, i would suggest Ulead DVD Moviefactory 1.0 It's rather a large program (30mb) but it;s very, very, very easy to use!! i use it all the time for chapering, you can also add your own Wallpaper on the background, name the chaps, and a whole bunch more.. There's only one thing, it's a trial, you know what to do right
the trial is for 30 days, i think!!! Have no idea how much it costs, but there are other ways to get the full version
