Sooorrrryyyy superstar. I was looking in comparison to the first post - $4.5 US per disc. The ones I bought are memorex - a brand ive been using for years.... Do you have to pay shipping on those philips ones? Free shipping to Canada?
The ones I bought from shop4tech still have free shipping. Not for sure if they are free to Canada though.

In the states, I order from mediamegamall.com I purchased a 25 pk BD-R for $79.00 with free shipping. That comes to about $3.00 a disc. They are a rebranded ridata I believe. I have done 4 backups with no problems.
How about these ? Vinpower Digital 25GB 4X BD-R White Inkjet Printable 10 Packs $34.99 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817607008 Quick question what's the average size of BR movies once you remove the trailers and extras
I believe that the norm for any new Blu-ray that is coming out to be larger than 25 gigs even for just the movie itself.
After putting the movie on your drive and removing everything but the movie, the size usually comes out to 21.6 Gb.
For anyone buying media from the Meritline link - here's some free coupon codes: **Codes are bogus** please disregard....
$25.99 is the lowest I have found. I'm not for sure why you would even buy a 50gig blank for that price. And why does Sony think that they will sell any of these at that price. 50gig blanks should be no more than $10.
i been buying the blanks of 25gb from fry's 40.00 plus tax for 15pack spindle brand : memorex, philips, riadata so far no coasters for 50gb disc 9.00 from ebay tdk, panasonic
Checked that out and don't see it. Try posting a link if there are good deals. I have found 50gb discs for $13.50 but I can't seem to find any $9 discs.
frys had sale this week 47.99 on 15pk spindle for those 50gb discs i apologise i bought it from e-bay
I bought a 25pk of TW BD-25 discs from ebay for $41 USD ($1.64 each). The brand is made by Mitsubishi and they seem to work just as well as Phillips or Memorex.
