Not very often, you better off adding your own codes, or downloading compiled lists.

If you go to the gbatemp forums there is a topic on there where people are always adding their up-to-date cheat.dat and usrcheat files.

Would you happen to know what the game diable/enable button does on the cheat menu. Also theres a button that says realtime press (B). What does this do. Ic an figure out what the other buttons do, I just don't know what these 2 do.

I downloaded the cheat files from the forum and they worked, but what is the difference between the Cheat and usrcheat dat file. I tried each and they each had the same cheats for the same games. Does it matter which file I use because I didn't notice a difference.

I don't use the cheats much so am not 100% sure of the difference, but I believe the cheat.dat was meant to be only made by the R4 team, and to use your own codes you had to use a usrcheat.dat file (and to use the usercheat file you needed both cheat.dat and usrcheat.dat on your card) However people have worked out how to customise the main cheat.dat file, so you do not need to have both files on the card.

    Or something like that :p
