Chipped Boxes ??? URBAN MYTH ?

    Before I start , the hint for the missing word in the below paragraph is... " its blue and holds the clouds above"
    Just decided i would make it interesting and not go with the regular way of leaving out letters from these service providors names , plus this company has some big legal clout .

    I have gotten the usual urban myth from a work pal that a friend of a friend has got himeself a _______ box and it has been chipped to receive all _____ channels, all that was needed was a basic ___ packages .

    Anyone know of and confirm this urban myth as i have heard about it for a while but yet to see it in operation.
    Have ___ been hacked in a roundabout way ?

    yes its true,as we are not allowed to discuss tampering with cc boxes thats all i can say.
