this may be a silly question but can i use any dashboard with any chip ie . i use the evolution dash on 1 xbox and the other is avalaunch dash on the other(xenium chip) i have the orig hard drive to hand with evo dash and apps because i put in a larger hard drive but could i just plug that in the other x box to try or would it not work?? then if this was to work would i just do a copy of c to the other hard drive? please help
yes you can use any dash on a modded xbox. It wouldn't work unless you unlocked the hdd before you placed it in the other xbox. The hdd and the eeprom on the mb are tied together on a locked hdd. If you want to run multiple dashboards just FTP the dashboard files into a folder in E:\Apps or F:\Apps or G:\Apps, for example E:\Apps\Avalaunch . When your in Evox you would go to Applications within the dashboard and you would see an icon for Avalaunch. Select it and Voile! your running Avalaunch!
