I am using the DM500C box (with image) in my student accomodation in the city and I am very happy with it. At home we cannot get cable, I was just wondering, if I buy the DM500S and a satellite dish, can I put an image on it and get the same channels I get in the city?

    Any help is much appreciated!!

No, S is for satellite. MMDS uses the dvb-t standard.
