choosing blank dvds for movies

    I read this FAQ http://www.digitalfaq.com/media/dvdmedia.htm

    but i coudlnt figure out which brand names to buy from that. that didnt really say. so when i go to the store to buy dvds, what brands should i look for to get the best quality in blank dvds for recording movies

    Most members use Taiyo Yudens or Verbatims. If you cant find them at stores then you can order them off the net. If your in the USA a good online media store is http://supermediastore.com That is where I get all my Taiyo Yudens at.

    If it says Made In Japan then it is very good media like(Sony,Maxell,Fuji)as Taiyo Yuden is the manufactor of these ones that say MIJ
    Verbatims are also great
