    Hi

Hope i've got this in the right forum

I've got some DVDs i've downloaded and also some video from our camcorder that plays fine on my PC

Whenever i burn this to a DVD the playback on my DVD player and through PC is choppy , jerky and shows marks on it and freezes every so often

I've tried a new IDE cable to my DVD writter but still get the same.. AM using Nero 6 to burn and writting at 2x speed with no other apps running.

Not sure why this is happening or what else I can change and need some advice

Stay away from TDK dvd+r media. The dvd-r's should be fine as well as Sony dvd+r's and dvd-r's. If you order online verbatum and taiyo yuden are most highly recommended. Good online stores include supermediastore.com, rima.com, newegg.com, and meritline.com.
