I'm thinking the choppiness is due to the WinAVI conversion job. It plays fine on my computer and my little portable dvd player which are the only ones I have but when i tried them on my friends dvd player they skipped a bit. Also my friends have said that some of the dvds i let them use are choppy. I burn with nero at 4x and use Taiyo. Anyone else have problems with WinAVI?
