    Hi

I was wondering if someone could help advise me.

I have captured an old video with Nero Vision and it has serious Chroma bleeding problems. I have therefore used VirtualDub and the Flaxen VHS Filter to shift both the Chroma I and Chroma Q up vertially 7 pixels.

See http://www.doom9.org/capture/chroma_artefacts.html for what I'm on about.

However the result is that the AVI file now has a 'white band' at the bottom where the Chroma has been pushed up from.

Is there a fix to reintroduce Chroma color back to the bottom 7 lines?
