Can anyone help???? I keep getting CID advertising Popups as soon as i log onto the internet. My AV is Mcafee and Spybot which both found Trojans and said they removed them but the problem is still there. It's slowing my PC down to the point that it's not usable. Is there a simple solution. thanks
Hi, CID popups come from something called LOP. You can run this program as a first cleaning step: http://www.spywareedge.net/nolop/NoLop.exe There will be additional cleaning work to do and you should then post the nolop and hijackthis logs as svtstang suggests for additional help in cleaning your system.
