Er, what program are you using to convert your files to (S)VCD?

    DVD2SCVD (SVCD& VCD format) 1.1.2:http://212.88.77.140/

Another nice program to convert to (S)VCD:
    Eazy VCD (S)VCD format:http://members.eezi.net.au/~phatjeff/
Supports "copy on the fly" dvd rip which allows you to save TONS of hard drive space!

I have yet to encounter any problems with CCE (Cinema Craft Encoder) after backing up over 100 dvd's to SVCD. I do like the Canopus ProCoder though.....

Thats not what I mean. I mean the difference between a legit CCE SP copy and a pirated copy!! You know from reading posts people have made about pirating this software (most ended up barred) that the pirated copys give nothing but trouble!

For the entirety of this post, I'll asume he's got a legit copy of CCE, or maybe just the trial. I'll always try the assume best about people until they prove me wrong.

Oh geez im not saying that he has a pirated copy of the software but when you use the word """downloaded""" then it kind of gives the impression that it is!

I purchased a legal copy of Cinema Craft Encoder over a year ago at a pc show 45 miles from my hometown (Columbus, Ohio) far less than what the website offers. I just recently purchased a legal copy of Canopus ProCoder at a pc show as well= end of his debate!
