Class not registered????

I can never watch videos online becuase it never loads and give me this error Class not registered, can someone help??

 

Mmmmmmmmmm ! A class not registered error is normally caused by a bad or corrupted installation of an application. Do a search on your Pc for quartz.dll -- this dynamic link library is most likely the culprit !

If it's there and It should be cause it's part of DirectX do this :

Click Start --Run -- then type as follows :

[bold]regsvr32 quartz.dll[/bold]

then click Ok.

 

I dont have Quartz.dll?, should i dl it?

 

Then re-install DirectX from the Microsoft website here:- http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/default.aspx

 

lol its a huge file for me lol, i dl it later and tell you the results thx again
