    Hi Guys

This is my first post here. It looks a great forum !

I have a problem with my Classic Media Player.

I want to take pics of videos and when I click on Ctrl I to save pic it comes up with an error message "Get Current Image Failed hr= 8000fffc"

I see that a few years ago other forum member shad this problem.

Does anyone have the answer for it ?

I have no problems playing most of my video files with CMP so it seems strange. The old threads suggested it may have something to do with the codecs. Codecs are one thing that I really do not understand.

    Any suggestions ?

    Kind Regards

    Hi Guys

I got this from another forum and it worked for me !

Goto view, options, output, and instead of using "Overlay Mixer", switch to VMR7 (windowed or VMR7 (renderless).... then apply.

    Regards
