Clean w/o Nero clean tool?

I'm wondering from reading the boards here if every movie I have backed up...if it's left a little something behind on my system each time. I followed the instructions given on a thread here, and couldn't even log onto the internet. So I had to undo that. Any suggestions on finding only what I can get rid of? Thanks in advance.

 

I gave you those instructions in your other thread. Locate my computer, double click etc.
