cleaning and speeding up

    elo there i am going totry and clean my computer up a bit i was justwonder if eny boby could give me some advice on come good cleam programs i have agv free and spy bot

    try using 'CCleaner', very good! cleanes registerys aswell! try it out

    CCleaner is both good and free. If you want to step it up, then try TuneUp Utilities 2006. It has been described as Norton Utilities on steroids.LOL.
