Pierce them with a sharp needle if you cannot push them out. Sorry, but that's about the only suggestion there is..
Haya, if you put a hair dryer over it for a couple of minutes it pushes and flatens out the bubbles, dont put the dryer right up close though because it could damage it, and dont hold it over for any longer than 2 minutes, you may need to do it a few times before they are all out.
BryanH.-- i have the clearcal, and i can install it without air bubbles. -what i do is get a pencil and put the clearcal starting at the bottom and up pushing the side flat part of the pencil up it, pushing out all air bubbles. -if there is any lint or dust on the backside of the clearcal, than that will cause bumps (air bubbles) in it to. -you can wash off the clearcal in water, just make sure you dry out completely before putting it on. hope it works!
