    WARNING; don`t use this company. I recently bought a Starview 3 The Box from these people but it has stopped updating itself. I phoned them for help and the reply i got was "not interested mate , you can send it back to us WITHOUT a refund or chuck it in the bin" This box is less than 2 months old.....they are a bunch of con merchants .

    Everything is out of stock on their website.

    i bought the box early April and phoned them with the problem this morning(15/5/08). A right arrogant idiot on the phone........

    sounds like you could be right,,,,,,but the idiot i was talking to sounded as if they were still trading....deserve to go under with a sales patter he had.........

    just go in and press menu, 1570, press defualt key and exit out to a tv channel, should kick it. If it sits at 0, flick the channels

    just been given new codes....up and working but if i go to a channel(E4+1) it shows "channel changed , please wait for saving" if i wait i lose all channels and codes. It takes me back to square one.( teach me to watch E4+1 wont it ). At least i hung onto the codes..........thanks for your help.
