Click to DVD and error reporting..R6025

    same message appears in the "authenticating process"

    I am guessing that Click to DVD is a software. Try installing it again, and if you get the same message, uninstall it, if you can, then use the Microsoft Cleanup Utility to get rid of all entries of the software, reboot, and try installing it again.
