Ok, here's the problem: Recently my computer has been making a strange noise when I view video, pictures, or when I play Guild Wars. It is a clicking noise, just a single click, and then the video or website or whatever I am currently doing will freeze (the mouse still moves) for a few seconds. Then it continues fine (except for guild wars, i will eventually get a blue screen with no words and the pc will restart). I tried to listen in the case but I can't figure out what is making the noise. I have checked my sata HD and that seems fine, the vid card has been cleaned and the power to the card seems snug. I will also randomly get a loud whining, whirring noise from something else. I should also tell you that I have replaced the fan in the Power supply twice. Below is what I have.

    Intel Celeron D 3.06 running at 3.14
    128mb Radeon 9800 Pro
    1GB RAM
    120GB SATA HDD
    Windows XP Pro

I would suggest that you check all fans. My first guess would be the hard drive. Second guess would be the power supply. Try to replace the entire power supply instead of just the fan. If you want, go to a local store and pick up a power supply just to see if it works. If it does, then you can either keep that power supply or return it and buy a cheaper one online at http://www.Newegg.com. Also get rid of the overclock to see if that helps. What mobo do you have?

PS. 128mb Radeon 9800 Pro. I have that card, ITS TRULY AMAZING!
